Our Italian Chef

He has been working in the famous restaurant in Ragusa la “ Ciotola” since 1994  and at the same time was appointed by  the Regional Chamber of Commerce, County of Ragusa expressing all his passion and culinary skills in the promotion of food and products  in the local and international territory.

He participated in Berlin for six consecutive years to the “Fruit Logistica”; was invited at the Bristol Hotel in Vienna to cook for the Gala Dinner for the Chamber of Commerce of Vienna; was invited also to cook at the Gala Dinner for ICI at  Fort Village in Sardinia; at Riva del Garda to promote the area of Sicilian cooking  and finally participated in the International Fair of Lyon in July 2014.
